<h2>PREAMBLE</h2>

<p>Comunic is a free and open source social network that allows people to communicate to each other. It allows them to communicate without being spyed by unwanted third parties. The current document presents some rules that may be followed by the all the members of the community in order to keep the network working. Any member of Comunic is called a "user" and the developers of Comunic are called "staff". Pierre HUBERT, founder of Comunic, is considered as the owner of Comunic. The followings terms and conditions apply to all the Comunic services.</p>

<h2>ACCESS CONDITIONS</h2>
|
|
<p>The network can be used freely by anyone who has an Internet connection. However, a single personn can only create a single account. The users have to understand and accept this document to use the network.</p>

<h2>UPDATE OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENT</h2>
|
|
<p>The following document could be updated in the future. We will try to make sure that every Comunic users will be informed of the potential updates appended to the following document. This document could be udpated in order to make some points more clear, remove useless of deprecated points, add new conditions that may have become required.</p>

<h2>RESPONSIBILITY</h2>
|
|
<p>Users are responsible and considered as the owner of the content they publish on the network. In this way, their responsibility is implied in case of litigation. This apply for all the content created by the users. Pornography is prohibited on the network. If a user is reported as the publisher of erotic content, the reported content will be immediatly deleted by the staff and a warning will be sent to the user. If a user publishes several times pornographic content, his account, after a staff meeting, might be completely deleted, and the user may not be authorized to use the network again.</p>

<h2>MINOR CHILDREN</h2>
|
|
<p>A parental authorization is required for the minors who want to register into the social network.</p>

<h2>USAGE LIMITATIONS</h2>
|
|
<p>In order to work properly, Comunic need a good Internet connection. Comunic can not be designed as responsible of service unavailability in case of bad Internet connection. Furthermore, Comunic can not be designed as responsible for potential fees dues to the use of the network.</p>

<h2>SERVICE UNAVAILABILITY</h2>
|
|
<p>The service may become unavailable because of downtime maintenance, Internet issue. In this case, neither the owner, the staff or the users of Comunic can be considered as responsible.</p>
